Is it possible to extract all the hands I have for one specific network?

I have a large database of datamined hands and I just want to export the hands from one specific network - is this possible?

I just requested HH from FTP for the month, on 14K hands I am missing about 40.

Can you explain what some of the other causes of missed hands could be?
