HEM tracked the winnings/losses from the 5card PLO tables.. no EV and no HUD obv but now it doesnt track a thing

downloaded the latest version.
everythingworks fine but looks like HEM is not tracking/ importing the hands from the 5 Card PLO tables

any suggestions?
