Have you guys discontinued updating HM2 and are no longer supporting the software with HM3 launch?

I can't seem to find PLO and PLO8 hands. Does HM3 update PLO and PLO8 hands for live play? If so how do I do activate it.

again, the question has not been answered.

Let me be clear:

1) active sessions and reports are NOT updating in real time. No recent hands are appearing in either tab.

2) When I close HM2...

I can't view active sessions while I'm playing bc it is not updating.

When I close HM2 and relaunch, the database is updated and the reports have the correct time.

Obviously I can't compare active sessions to current time when I'm playing since it's not updating.

after my session, if I close HM2 and reopen, the active session is updated and the report times...

HUD is working and hand viewer updates but not active sessions. I have already adjusted the set hand times to -8 and 0. It still does not work.

I have an i5 CPU, 16gb ram, and 500gb samsung 950 ssd that I run HM2 on solely.

Does anyone know what the bottleneck is?

The most important data in the reports is the totals data. I would think this is irrefutable. So the only data that isn't exported from the reports section is the most important segment. This makes...

When I click on "save as" for my reports, the exported csv file does not include the totals.

Does this happen for anybody else?

I must manually put them in afterwards which is suboptimal.

Those groupings do not even come close to fulfilling the needs of a PLO8 player.

I am happy to provide the specific groupings needed for a PLO8 player to get the Hand Groupings set-up.

Is thee a customizable way to develop reports?
If not, can a PLO8 hand groupings report be added?
