Hud not working on tournaments

as i told you i dont use pref seating and everything is set to none, also the stats are not bugging in that way example:
i start playing i play 5-10 minutes and at one point one stats just moves...

i play on multiple networks including pacific and microgaming, after patching my HEM to the new 1.12.10 versions that fix problems with micro hands my HUD on pacific started strange behavior -...

i have this issue too it started when i updated the alpha versions which resolve the microgaming problems

p.s i use HM1 btw..

the last patch is not working for me - HEM is stopping at initializing and wotn go past that... also pacific poker full ring tables still causes crashes

hey guys, i use mainly pacific and microgaming and now BOTH networks are having problems with HEM1(DONT TELL ME TO USE HEM2 PLEASE!).

i use 9.1.1 and as i said this is happening only on some talbes - i play 6max without a problem and even some 9 max but if a problem table appears - nothing can save the hud from crashing - i even...

Ok but before telling us to buy your new product - fix the old one so i have reason to buy the new stuff... also there are problems that are with HEM1 for ages and you seem to not care at all...

this is something really big if its even 1/4 the way i see it... i mean.. so many important stats are wrong and can lead you into many wrong decisions and we dont even know what is really wrong and...
