BTW, I'm on PS6 build 8564 now with HM2.0.0.8219

My PS6 was upgraded to PS7 today, and yes, same issue: no HUD.

After having the HUD problems with the previous upgrade of PS client, I was sure I made a backup.

So restored the backup but... it...

Upgraded to latest version, zoom works fine, no configs in any AV.

Good job HM Team!

I'm on 8205, no issues at all at this moment, want to keep it this way :)

As a workaround, I have done the following:
Try 1: created a tool to extract the games from the hand histories in the \HM2Archive folder, and outputting those to another...

Is there a way to filter hands with pre-flop all ins in which the hero was not participating.

Tried using "facing preflop all in" but this does not display hands in which we folded before the all...

I do it in reverse, first start PS and then HM2. The success rate of the HUD displaying is greater in this case.

Same here. AVG still active. Did have to add the HM2 program files folder to the exception list though.

In the player analysis (when right-clicking the note icon in the HUD)

- The filter for "PRE-FLOP" "4bet" is incorrect: it is not showing the hands players have 4BET.
- The filter for "PRE-FLOP"...

Testing 8172:
Disabled the exception in my Anti-Virus, HM2/ZOOM HUD worked without my AV comlaining. *good*

This is still valid after updating to 8172:

Open PokerStars client, then HM2 => ZOOM...

One solution/workaround I'm using is to first launch the pokerstars client and then HM2.

Open PokerStars client, then HM2 => ZOOM HUD works.
Closing PokerStars client - leave HM2 running
Re-open...

Just confirming that ZOOM seems to work with the .BE pokerstars client.
Needed to disable anti-virus though (AVG).

When 'lock HUD layout' is checked, it also disables the possibility to bring up the player analysis by right-clicking the player note in the HUD.

Is this intentional?

'Good' to hear that Pokerstars.EU is now affected as well. It will allow HM devs to look into the problem.

It worked!! Forgot to start the schortcut as admin.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it did not work in my setup. But it was worth a try!
