Ok so I discovered the problem, some hands are being imported as non-zoom hands even though they are zoom. So when I have it filtered for zoom hands only they are not showing up in my hud even though...

I was using PT4 for a while before HM2 supported Zoom and I was always getting a lot of hands on people fast.

When I started using HEM2 I noticed that it didn't seem like I was getting many hands....

HEM2 is missing a ton of zoom hands, I have no filters on my HUD and when I play with PT4 it picks up a ton more hands then HEM2.

It's like PT4 picks up incomplete hands while HEM2 doesn't.

Yep me too, and because of this I'm currently trying out PT3 + 4. GJ.

When will it be added?

Zoom is supposed to be released in the next couple of days and PT4 is already working with Zoom on the .NET version of PokerStars.

Yah that's what I have to do every time I update HEM... I'm looking for a solution so I won't have to do that anymore.

Yes it was fixed, just didn't make it into the release notes. Nice work on the quick fix.

Did they fix the problem with the HU hands on UB not importing? Don't see it in the release notes and was told it would be in the next build.

Imports not working, I play strictly heads up and non of them are importing but I hear others are having success so maybe it's just heads up hands?

Strange, maybe mine just aren't importing at all then... hopefully they will update us. I don't want to have to create a new database twice.

I tried to import my cap hands and they also were not showing up.
