but during my first testrun nothing was imported automatically, the rest of the day everything worked fine.
after midnight i had to start the manual...

so we still have to import the hands manually and restart HM2 during break to have some stats on new players in the pool...

the issue with a normal working autoimport, what means hand by hand is...

only click start import and then start hud in the mainmenu if u open HM2.
it will not import the hands because in the site settings u disabled auto import folders before.

are u the sleeper from...

i send already the logfiles with ALL logginoptions activated, with ALL hands of the session, with ALL screenshots of the missing hands.
do u need the same files every day again?

AUTOIMPORT is the problem, we found the problem for you.
and now you recommend us that we have...

and dont import during playing or a few hands will be missed.
wait till all hands are finished before u close the tables or import, also if u are not in the hand, needs sometimes 1-2 minutes

yes, autoimport is obv the problem.
played now 2ooo hands with hud, imported only during breaks and not one problem, all hands imported.
and i had not one frozen PPclient, i think autoimport...

ok i found it.
deactivated autoimport(also in the site settings autoimport), started hud, played with statistics, imported all played hands from folder during break.

is there a possibility to play with hud(using stats from before) and without importing?
i find no option to do that.

around 100 with importing and missing hands.
the rest without importing and all the hands are there, i can them also completly importing after playing.

i had sometimes also probs in the first 100 hands, but normally it happens later.
on the screenshot u see all hands in HM2 after 2amCET and in PPclient also after 2amCET, because the day...

i check it in the handhistories in partyclient, there u can see exactly how many hands u played.
normally the first hands are correct and it happens later during the session, so u dont see it...

yes i read it in 2+2, they release it to the weekend.
but would be nice to use my beloved HM2 with more stats.
PT4 has no vs hero stats and other important things.

today PT4 is freezing every 5 minutes and stopping importing hands, but no frozen PPclient.

hmm, i played today 2k hands with PT4, everything imported and written in the partyfolder.
yesterday i played 8k with HM2 and only 5k imported and written in the partyfolder.
i know nothing about...

after 5 days of waiting for an answer to my ticket with all requested things 1ttU found a solution for the problem.
PT4 works without any problems.
i like HM2 more, because more statics, but...

i have the same prob since 2 weeks.
yesyerday i sent my logfiles+originalHH+screenshots of the not imported hands to the support.
support told me nobody sent some screenshots of the issue...

habe das prob selbst gefunden.
lag an partycaption, hatte da was angeklickt was sich mit hm2 beisst.
nach neuinstallation von partycaption laeuft alles bestens.
