hud was not working today on ftp so I installed the beta update that was supposed to fix the hud for cashgames but now I have no more hud on stars(was working before update).

Already followed the instructions in post #4 and it's still not working.

Got the same problem. Hud works fine on normal tables but it's not showing on zoom tables. I can manage to make the hud appear using table finder, however it doesn't show the right player stats.

i have set the auto import folder and it's not working. ive tried on another skin of merge and its working fine.

fwiw i see the mini hud settings on my tables... but the stats wont appear even if...

For no reason my poker softwares freezes and I can't play no more until I end the process of hm2 in the windows task manager.

Really annoying.. I have to continue playing without a hud when this...

Working now thanks. I'm a bit disapointed though since I did not receive the email that the bug was fixed and that it took almost a year to fix a problem that was causing lot of problem for many...

How long now until the fix ? I'ts been almot one year and I still can't export my hands with the replayer and even via holdem manager.

WTF again ? This is like the 3rd time this is happening since I bought hm2. Why is this happening over and over?

So when I try to see all of my hands of the current year or month it doesnt show all my hands... I've cleared the filters obv and I tried updating. Same results...

Any news on this? it's been a while now...

Wow this is so sick really. Why not just send an email to tell us to leave the software open to avoid being locked out?

This is an old problem that I've been waiting to be resolved since 2012. Really pathetic serioulsy... annoying problem.

Hi everything was fine for months until today where I open hm2 and it asked for registration(out of no where??) so I'm trying to register with my key and I get this error: a connection attemps failed...

Something I noticed is when I entered windows today my Windows Live Mail asked for my password(which usually automatically connects) and the same thing for MSN.

Also when I had Postgresql...

Everything was working fine yesterday. I opened my computer today and got a bluescreen while windows was loading. I restarted my computer and windows took 2-3mins to start(worked this time...) but...

Still not fixed ?

This issue is really annoying. I can't export some hands and it's not working even if I restart hm2. When is this going to be resolved ?

Well this is a feature that was available in hm1 hand histories pop up. We only had to hit a quick button and then share the hand in the forums. I'm sure a lot of people using hm2 would like this...

It would be great if you could add a quick button "copy hand to clipboard" in the hand history pop up.

It happens really often but not all the time.. anyway pretty anoying. So when I export a hand to disk and I open the txt file it's not always the right hand showing...

Now Hm2 just shutdown while I was playing "unexpected error" and now I can't even open HM2. What kind of shit is that am I gonna be able to play or there will always be some fkn bug with this...
