Yes both of these issues are no longer occurring for me with the latest build. The HM2 process continuing to run after closing the Application only happened when NC was enables.

Yes that is exactly what is happening. As noted above I have tried re-installing/new database etc. and it still happens. Let me know if there are any specific scenarios you would like me to try.

Yes that's correct. HM2 closes properly if Note Caddy is disabled.
