Can't get it to start

For example, I really like the NC Donk Popup, and want to be able to select this popup as an option in my own HUD, but the NC popus do not appear as an option in the drop-down menu.

Very odd behaviour can be seen in these 2 images.
The very first note I checked was PLO limp RR. There are a few things that I don't understand;

1) How does...

Line analysis pie chart fills red ( unknown) and cannot be changed until the program restarts.
I have tried every refresh and apply button and this persists even with analysis of different players....

Was working yesterday. Updated to the latest version today
Get a message that it can't be downloaded from server ( despite active good connection).
