I had the same problem not too long ago, but what I did to fix it was to restart HEM and in reports or sessions or wherever, go to filter-clear (even if you have no filter atm) and it worked for me.

Some hands from Rush Poker 6max and fullring, some for PLO, and some for regular 6max games
Hold'em Manager Won't Start!
The program starts up, but the moment i load it up, the following screen comes.
