Check for files in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\Status. If there are any there when HEM is NOT running, then delete them.

That should do it for you - worked for me.

AFAIK - that link is always to the latest beta. So whatever is in the Releases section as the latest, that is what the link will be.
