Hello, when i try to turn on my hm2 the message
" exit now without sending error report? Note: solution can only be emailed to you if you send error report. Yes or no? "
appears and my hm2 doesn't turn on if i click either yes or no.
Also i downloaded the latest version of hm2 and the same message appears when i try to turn on my hm2.
what solution do you suggest to me?

Please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder in a support ticket with screenshots and a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing, with a link to this thread and your forum name.
actually my hm2 doesn't turn on after this message appears so it is impossible to send my HM2Logs folder. what else do you suggest me to do?Quote:
