Manual Import Works Fine, Auto Import Isn't Working

My Manual Import is working, but my Auto Import isn't showing any files.
Help Please!

Try the auto detect in configure auto import folders.

I have updated to the latest beta, and I have used the auto detect function.
Auto import will still not work!

-1 Setup a proper archive folder / turn on import from subfolders
-2 Go to the folder listed as the auto import folder-->
are there actual handhistories in the folder? IF YES: move the handhistories to a different folder. And use the import from FOLDER.

If NO: play on the PokerSite... and make sure it creates handhistories in that folder.

Can i get remote assistance? And you guys teamviewer in? I can't get it to work, and its really frustrating.
