Notecaddy calculate eff stack sizes wrong in HM3?

Hi,
Is it possible that notecaddy is calculating effective stack sizes wrong in HM3?
I've created exactly similar notes in HM2 and HM3. When I run test for both with the same hand history, it says "pre flop effective stack is too small (ridiculously low number)" while it's a success in HM2. Consequently, I have a low number of opportunities for notes that should have a lot of them.
I don't know since when I've had this problem and I wonder if I'm the only one having this isuue.
How can this be fixed?

Yes currently NC has a bug with the effective stack sizes. It should be fixed in the next update most likely. Thanks for reporting the issue.

Yes, it should be resolved now. You may need to reset and reprocess your notes in NC though.
