Hi, I have not been able to use player analysis for some time now - across several versions. The details of hands do not display in the opponents tab and the pop up does not display any hands at all.
I am using Windows 8 and have version 2.0.0.7679.

Hi, I have not been able to use player analysis for some time now - across several versions. The details of hands do not display in the opponents tab and the pop up does not display any hands at all.

Under Vista and Windows 7 \ 8 make sure that these files are started as administrator.
HoldemManager.exe
HudFuncsApp.exe
TableScannerDllLoader.exe
ThirtyTwoBitIPC.exe
Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibility tab (for all users).
Do the same with pokerclient
and pg_ctl.exe and postgres.exe in postgresql/bin folder
When I do that, holdem manager can not connect to the database, Pokerstars doesn't open, and the database can not be restarted as it continually starts then stops.
Reverting Pokerstars Admin settings and postgre db gets it to work again but the player analysis still doesn't work.
Thanks for your advice, but this appears to be an application issue rather than a hardware/configuration issue.
Add pokerstarsupdate.exe to the list and run as admin.
