This question is for NoLimit holdem licence only.
If i buy a smallStakes licence now and in 6 month i want to change to highStakes licence, will i have to rebuy a licence entirely (100$) or is there an upgrade (40$) proposed.
Didn't find the answer in the FAQ nor in the forum :(
