Filters

Added new FlopIsBetCall (and Turn,River) properties to show hands where player calls a raise after betting
Improvements to In/Out of Position filter results
Updated TurnFacingCheckRaise (and River) properties to be more accurate, requires reimport for existing hand histories

General

Added a warning to installer if some of the files could not be copied instead of launching HM3 when it finishes
Display an error if there was an issue with restoring a database
Repair option in Installer can now resolve issues with missing or incorrect SQLite files
Resolved an issue when creating a database with the same name
Resolved an issue where UI would stop updating when deleting all hands from the database
