Possible bug?? blank data @step5 and more

Hi.

I just bought LB and did run complete analysis.
It sems I found some kind of bug (maybe?) in step5, which doesn't give me results, and it shows only blank.
I'm not quite sure if this is bug but could you check with the attached image, and give me any clue to solve this?

And, stakes filter looks working incorrectly. I chose 0.25/0.50 again and again, but it still contains 0.50/1 data. It looks Step2 also has some bugs - Table on the top line of step2 doesn't change when I filter by stakes to stakes. When I change filter from 50PLO to 100PLO, it still shows same figure; the number of leaks, grade, total hands and etc.

When I click 0bb/100 area, nothing comes up in sub-window (bottom window)

What is your hand sample size? It's likely not a bug. Just very possible you don't have data for those ranges.

Something may have changed in stake filtering, and I'll have the developer take a look.

71K hands. I just took another pic. I don't think I haven't played any of these hands groups...

This is 71k of cash games? I assume something is off somewhere.

You can always put one of the hands in HM2 to confirm if you have played any of them. Try it and let me know, because we haven't seen anyone else have this issue before.

I found AKQJr in my HM2 history, and that means I played.

I should have asked this earlier, what version do you have? Because first release there was a bug with some of the database changes. Run check for updates in LB just in case and if you can let me know the version number I can have the developer look at it tomorrow.

Step6 is also buggy like this. More than half category, no data is analyzed. (shown in white cell)

Ver. is 3.00.12 and it says no update available when I click check for update.
HM2 is running at 7683, the latest official.

Ya, that's really odd. I'm having the developer look into it. I mean it's only been working for a couple of years, so naturally of course now it doesn't. :) I'll have an answer back here soon.

We're still investigating, but have not seen any issues reported from anyone on this. Keep in mind with that sample size it's very possible there's some groupings you're not playing against the criteria (cold call, etc...). What site are you playing at, and is this zoom or cap or anything like that?

Ok, after looking into this even further we believe something changed in HM2, so we're confirming with their team. Once we know more I'll update.
