Problem with pop-ups after importing them from XM2 to XM3

Импортировал свои попапы с ХМ2, импортировал свои Дифиниции в Ноткадди и вот что на выходе получилось!
Прикрепляю скриншоты как было в ХМ2 и как это выглядеть в ХМ3.
Из- за чего может быть такая проблема? Почему подсказки в ХМ3 от Ноккадди не находятся под попапом как в ХМ2?
Почему весь попап перекорежен и не прорисованы линии и т.д



I imported my pop-ups from XM2, imported my Definitions into Notcaddy and that's what the output turned out to be!
I am attaching screenshots of how it was in HM2 and how it looks like in HM3.
Iz-for what there can be such problem? Why are the hints in HM3 from Knockaddy not under the pop-up like in HM2?
Why is the whole popup distorted and lines are not drawn, etc.

Hello,

Make sure to import things in the right order:

1.- Import definitions
2.- Import HUD after definitions
3.- Recreate notes for Database.
4.- Restart HM3 and "Holdem Manager server".
5.- Check if issue is still there.

I will follow up with you on your open ticket about this.

While importing HUDs from HM2 to HM3 we sometimes need to edit them. The most important thing first is we make sure that all the definitions are connecting to the HUD. Then it we probably just need to get on the HUD editor and shape the HUD correctly again.

HEY! It turns out that now we need to remove the HUD with pop-ups and definitions and do everything in the same sequence as you said?
Please tell me in what sequence and how to remove it so that everything is cleaned correctly before reinstalling?

Follow this to reset NC: http://notecaddy.com/Resetting-NoteC...-settings.ashx ; Bookmark the wiki main page. Its a great asset to NC users. AKA NCwiki.

Then just follow the initial steps in that order to try and make sure the HUD connects to the definitions when imported.

Then as said before, most likely some HUD options tuning will be needed for everything to display corectly.

Вот что получилось. Некоторые Статы от NC стали не опознаваемы причем статы из группы похожих стат. Часть ХМ3 опознал а часть нет, как такое возможно?
(Статы отличаются только в размере BETSIZE)

Сам разобрался! потому что к каждому стату в ХУд прикреплён у меня попап, решил с одного стата открепить попап но все ровно эти дополнительные попапы не стали вызоваться
по клику на этот стат!

I figured it out myself! because I have a pop-up attached to each stat in the HUD, I decided to unpin the pop-up from one stat, but all these additional pop-ups did not begin to be called
by clicking on this stat!

For the first issue:

Try replacing all the stats that say "missing stat" on the HUD with the correct ones from that list.

Hover over the missing icon to know more about what is wrong. It will give you some info.

About the second issue:

Make sure all the popups are correctly assigned to the stats first.

Second make sure at the end of each popup that the note definitions or groups are also correclty assigned there. More often than not they are assigned at the end of a popup as a stat with a NC.somename.group (this group usually has all the definitions that spark graphs and notes). Might very well same kind of issue as first case of missing stat.

Reimporting the HUD again can help in some scenarios like these. Make sure to allow it time to import. Don´t force close HUD editor or HM3 if its slow importing by chance. Be patient and it will finish the task. This reduces extremely the chances of corruption while importing the HUD.

Hello,

Heatmaps are usually avaliable for notecady stats if they are enabled for that stat. Check this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqD7...8EdMV&index=18

PS: Pokerstars do not allow heatmaps.

About the font sizes and spacing. For the last showdown, playeroverview specifically as you show on the screenshot I dont think we can edit it for now. But there is still a lot that can be edited as far as sizing of the notes. And how to make lines not through the entire popup but up to a certain cell (this applies to both vertical and horizontal lines)

Hello,

Try first reimport the HUD to fix that. If it does not fix it.

Try reimporting the definitions. They must show in that folder as .note to be able to be recognized by the HUD. IF they are in that folder you can replace the .text in the HUD by the .notes. This should not be needed as this behaviour happens sometimes while importing HUDs/definitions.

Reimporting both in the right order. Definitions first and HUD last will most likely fix this for you if it was working in HM2. At the end of reimport and reset/create notes make sure to restart HM3.

Also try reset nd recreate notes for the entire database.

If these two steps don´t fix it please open a suppor ticket using the "Send feedback" option in HM3. In that ticket please attach a screenshot of the message from Notecaddy when you hover over the icon it shows for every stat. That will tell us why NC is not being able to show the stat.

How can I reset and recreate notes if I can't start NoteCuddy?

I had version 3.1.22, I updated today to 3.1.23 (I thought it would help) but nothing has changed. There is no NoteCaddy at all.

Sorry I didn´t understand that you could not access NC at all. If you try to enable it from the APPS option nothing changes?

Try uninstalling HM3. Just use the uninstaller from HM3 and restart your PC at the end. You won´t lose any settings like this.

Also it´s worth it to try and reinstall Notecaddy. Use the steps below if needed:

- Close HM3 and "Holdem Manager server" icon on bottom of your desktop.
- Go to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\AppsData and move the Notecaddy folder to your desktop as a backup.
- Restart HM3, allow a couple minutes for NC to reinstall. It should start the wizard after installing NC again.

Also make sure in HM3 - TOOLS - Settings - General - Prompt for beta updates ON. Then go to HELP - Check for updates to make sure HM3 is also up to date.

NC is working fine on my end as a user. I have been doing some sessions of late and can´t complain. So it should as well on yours.
The one of things that are different is the definitions we are using.
After reinstalling HM3/NC if this issue happens again try to isolate if its triggered by installing the your definitions. As compared to using the NCE packs in example.

Удаление NoteCaddy помогло.
Причина была в файле CaddySettings. Видно он в какой-то момент глюканул при настройки NoteCaddy.

Removing NoteCaddy did the trick.
The reason was in the file CaddySettings. It can be seen that at some point he glitched when setting up NoteCaddy.

В том то и дело что все было настроено еще в Ноткади в HM2 и там все работает уже более 5 лет без каких либо проблем.
The fact of the matter is that everything was configured back in Notecaddy in HM2 and everything has been working there for more than 5 years without any problems.
