Reset all profiles

I'm sorry for my english.
I need to reinstall my sistem and i have Holdemmanager and tableninja.
I want to reset all my profiles and i go in my account page and i click on the "reset all profiles" button but i see the same written "the licens key is being used on 1 computer..." why i see this written if i reset?

Second question, for tableninja is the same procedure? I don't see no button for
reset the key in the tableninja section.
