I did some testing and was able to duplicate this with one of the players in my database, but not all players, so I wrote it up for the developers to review. This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-6193 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

This issue is still awaiting further review by our QA/Testing Manager so I do not have an estimate for when it will get assigned to a developer and worked on unfortunately.

Then it shows 5bet range 0/16 (1.5%) - the % is inconsistent with times / opportunities
Also, the bottom left that shows calls / folds / raises vs 3bet shows 59 opportunities for call and fold, but 58 opportunities for raise. Shouldn't it be 58 opportunities for all 3?
These kinds of anomalies are common.
Can you select that player, open the Overall report, load all his 1907 hands into the bottom hands grid, click Ctrl+A to select all the hands and right-click > 'Export' the hands and zip/send them to us in a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum name so that we can add them to HMT-6193 for testing use when the developers work on this issue in the future please?Quote:
