Can't interact with HUD in game

I had just reported the open issue about HUD not scaling correctly with the replayer. HM support advised to try updates etc., also to download beta HM3. Since this download, I can't interact with my HUD on the table. I've actually had to stop using it altogether, as it seems to intefere with pressing some of the action buttons while it's open. It's almost like the click area for the HUD (to show popups) is not aligned with the graphical HUD. Graphical HUD is on screen and updating hand-by-hand as expected. Cannot change which HUD I am using on a table though as I cannot click the settings bar.

Did initially have my HUD on low opacity until mouse over, but as with the above, it will not respond to this.
