rake just lists as 0.00 in stats line
Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

hands imported into a new database showed rake for yesterday but not today so it would seem GG changed their HH
I submitted a ticket but cant see it anymore?
I read through the hand histories and it appears that GG has indeed changed their HH. Now they include a line that says how much was taken out for Total Pot, Rake, Jackpot and Bingo.
Yes, they updated their hand history files. The developers already have a fix checked in internally for testing and just have to track down another issue with rake for Jackpot hands.Quote:
