import errors when importing from import from folder

purchased some hands recently but the following error occurs when i try to import them from a specific folder...

hands imported uding the auto import function import without any errors and previous hands purchased from this source have imported fine without any errors

Please create a new database for a test and try to import the hands into this database. Does it work?

From which site are the hands?
Which HM version?
