HEM didn't import all my PT3 hand histories

I have used PT2 for over 2 years. I just finished the 60 day PT3 trial and now am trying out HEM to see which one I will upgrade to.

When importing my hand histories from PT3 I am missing 35k hands. Any suggestions on what I can do to import the missing hands?
