Switching to a new account on a poker site – what happens to old vs hero stats?

Hi,

I am considering to play on a new account on one certain site where I have been playing for a while on my existing account and was wondering – what would happen to vs hero stats if I indeed went ahead and switched to a new account with a different screenname. Would there then be two heroes with the old vs hero stat values not disappearing and the new ones just being added on top of the existing ones?

Or would something get compromised in the database, making such an account switch undesireable?

Vs Hero is against that active hero in the database. So the stats will be vs that new player.

How is the active hero determined normally?

Also, is it possible to switch the active hero manually?

Usually by hole cards. But you can't get it to combine against your two players.

So if I had two accounts - Hero A and Hero B - in the database and opened a hand played by hero A it would show vs hero stats as they are vs hero A but if I then opened the next hand that was played by Hero B, it would show vs hero stats as they are vs hero B?

Yes, it will not mix them together.
