Hi
My hud is stuck on the default 2.0 hud. . When I go to the hud designer and make changes, or select a different design and and click either apply or OK, nothing happens. BTW, I recently upgraded to the newest version of Windows, if that makes a difference. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Just bought Holdem manager 2. When I try to customize HUD display in HUD designer simply cannot add new stat. I am only able to remove the original ones. Any ideas? Thank you.
It sounds like something is not set up right.

Afterwards, please make sure that you update windows completely. Keep checking to make sure that there are no more updates, until it shows twice, five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.
I’m sorry to hear your experiencing issues with Holdem Manager. We reviewed the log file you sent, please follow these instructions to fix the issue:
Step 1 – Restore Default Settings:
First try restoring your default settings, often some settings files can become corrupt and cause these issues:

Step 2 – Uninstall and reinstall HM2 with Revo uninstaller:
Other times critical system files may not have been installed on previous updates and it can also cause these types of errors or in some cases antiviruses may have removed files that it mistook for unsafe. Doing a revo uninstall also removes old registry file information which might have become corrupt. You can download the free version here: Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems and there is a useful tutorial how to use it here:

Uninstall Holdem Manager 2 via Revo unistaller and then reinstall this version:

Please add this file to your firewall and antivirus exceptions and run it as Administrator.
