problems with posgresql

Hi,
I need your help, The hdd where I had installed postgre had broken. I had two hdd, one for the programs and the other for postgres and other things, When I try to reinstall HM2 and also select to install posgresSQL ("already installed" is shown), in my main disk, installation couldn´t be complete.

After some actions regards posgresql, I can not complete the installation of HM2. File attached with error.
