I recently noticed that Net Won W/ Rakeback and Bonuses stat is not counting the bonuses of the first 2 days of the month if the Monthly filter is selected.
I had to change those bonuses by 2 days to see the correct value.
Is there any reason behind this? In the graph view the "Show Rakeback and Bonuses" Option works just fine, it's only on the stats table.
What date was the bonus issued, and what date were you playing and were unable to see it? There was a known issue in our developer ticket system 'HMT-6773: Bonuses from the same day do not show in the graphs' but that issue was supposedly resolved last July.
If you do not yet have the latest stable HM3 version 3.1.28.0 installed please update HM3 from this link.
If you continue to have problems with that version, or you already had that version and were having these issues:
Please take screenshots/notes of your bonuses and rakeback settings in the existing database, and export player notes from the Tools menu if you use HUD notes, then try to create a new small/test database: File - New Database then manually import some hands via File - Import Folder - from C:\HM2Archive and/or C:\HM3Archive - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...e-new-database
Recreate your bonuses (and RB, and import player notes, if applicable) and see if you have the same issue with the older bonuses. If all is good with the historical data please use the new database going forward.
If the issue returns in a future session using HM3 with bonuses:
a) Please reproduce and screenshot the error (including the graphs, reports, bonus settings, date the hand was played, date it was reviewd and buggy, etc) then send us your log files, along with the screenshots and details of the error (try to highlight the parts of the graph/reports/settings that are not correct) to a support ticket - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...les-to-support
b) Also, please zip* and attach your original hand history files** for this month (or this entire year if it is easier).
* When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like https://wetransfer.com/ or https://www.filedropper.com/ and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
** All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have configured it anywhere in the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import menu. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\PokerStars\2022\07\23).
