NoteCaddy Bugs

Hello,
I have 3 problems with NC.
I am on Winamax and I play 2 euros et 5 euros tournaments.
I use small stakes notecaddy and I have a message which tell me hands in NC are not recognize due to some restrictions.
So NC does not work since I updated. Small stakes NC goes until 20 dollars for tournaments so there is a problem. And this is extremly long to display the pop up stats. I can't read the stats pop'ups.
I tried to install in NC a virtual disk but I have a message which say : "unable to creat virtual disk" and "Error changing temp image options".
And when I open NC at each time I see that thread are empty. Maybe this is not a problem but usually it is at 6. Each time I want to fix it manually it come again empty.
I updated to last beta but it is the same with the last official release.
I don't understantd why and it is very irritating because it is very slow to read the stats.

I'm sorry for the troubles.

Can you please screenshot the message you're seeing?

What type of tournaments are you playing, and on which site?

Regarding the virtual disk error, a few others have reported that and we have a ticket open for the developers for it.

I play CG 0,10/0,20 euros and MTT 2 and 5 euros on Winamax.
For CG, NC works in replayer but not in playing but for MTT, it does not work at all and I have a message which tell me there is a restriction for my small stakes NC. It is not normal because for MTT the limit is at $20.
I join you a screenshot.
The other thing is when I click on a stat to see NC stats in CG or MTT, it takes 10 seconds to open at each time...
I updated to 7108 but it does not work well for a few weeks.
Before the last updates, it worked well.
For the problem of the virtual disk, I understood it will fix in an other update.

It seems like maybe NoteCaddy is not reading the stakes of the hand histories correctly. If you don't mind, can you please open a ticket and attach some hand histories?
