I'm selected the above mentioned report and I filtered out all my PLO hands. I'm only looking to study the NLH hands. However, I'm still getting a few (roughly 4 PLO hands) in there and I'm not sure why. Any thoughts? Thank you

We would need you to attach/send the filters for us to test at a minimum, and may require you to send us a backup of your database depending on what we discover testing the filters you send.
Save the filter to file and zip/attach it with screenshots of the filters/reports and problems. If you don't want to share the filter or images publicly (totally understandable) then we need all that stuff sent in a support ticket.
Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.
Here is a screenshot showing that Ive selected only the NLH filters but the DB still shows a few PLO hands.

Hello,
Please zip the PLO hands and send in a ticket, with a link to this thread and the filters.
Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.
Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).
When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. *If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' *and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.
I'm having some difficulty locating those PLO hands. When I look at my c:\HM2archive\ It looks like this
https://gyazo.com/c7101ab6bfdaadfee88bfb42dfc878bd
And when I open that folder corresponding to 10/30 which is the day that HM2 says the hand was played there is nothing in the folder. Here is a screenshot of HM2 showing the PLO hands from 10/30 around 5am
https://gyazo.com/884195bb3803ca26ab95a4314b1b39b1
I dont understand why HM2 says 10/30 but yet my Hm2 archive folder for that day is empty
Just zip the folder regardless (feel free to send the past few months, or entire year if it is easier) and send them all to us in a new support ticket, with a link to this thread and a copy of your \HM2Logs files - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F
You can also just upload/send the entire database to us if you want:
Can you please backup your HM2 database/settings as explained here -*http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...onfigs+work%3F
Then upload the backup file to to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. *If you have any problems with dropbox please try using google drive or filedropper.com instead. *Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/
