Sorry, I mean "Fold to 3Bet OOP" (tried to edit the title of the post, but I couldn´t).

Is it called now "TOT Fold to 3Bet from blinds"?

And what means "TOT Fold to 3Bet from blinds"? Somebody openraises, another guy 3bets from blinds, and the openraiser folds?
