Incorrect Status Icons?

I appear to be getting what appear to be incorrect status icons popping up for some hands and I'm not sure why. I tend to only review hands that have errors or warnings, but lately there are hands I pull up where the suggested action is the action taken. That can't be the intended behavior of the software right?

Attached is an example of a hand which is marked with a red X, though the hand was folded. Any idea what's going on? Attachment 159750
