PartyPoker Hand Histories are not (yet) readable

Hi,

PartyPoker has released the option to download hand histories. I've done that, but the hand weren't imported successfully into HM3. Can you make them readable?

Here is an example (If you need more, email me).

Zip/attach some of the original downloaded files in a support ticket and we will have the developers if we can add support for them.

We have it written up for HM3 but only have one txt HH file attached to it so far and we will need more samples from other games. I also saw one of the PT4 guys on 2+2 say they have .log files when downloaded instead of txt, but so far we only have the txt file type.

Thx, FYI our developers are already working on it for HM3 and once we get support in HM3 we will start trying to add support to HM2.

Hi,

Cash histories seem fine now, but i have played some spins and they come in the same history file, but not complete. tourney hands seem fine, but results show 0. Theres no tourney summaries or why results arent tracked?
Is there solution to get results tracked from tourneys now and/or future?

They never wrote separate summary files even when their client still wrote HH files. Were the tournament hands in separate files, or were cash and tournament hands mixed in the same file(s)?

If you send us the hands and screenshots/details of the import/report errors we can see if the files contain any of the missing information for HM3 to be able to read or not.

Please try all the steps in this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
