Reports and Stats aren't there, HUD OK

A fellow of pokerstrategy.com has the following problem on winamax and bwin: He has the HUD but his graph and summaries of tourneys aren't there. That works for other rooms he plays. He has the current version 1.11.07a, cleared his stats, english versions.

Is there a bug around or another trick to click? ;)

No known bug, it may be a filter, screenname or date/time settings problem?

What happens if he imports the hands into a new database?

This is the same as it is on Microgaming, when playing SNG's

HUD works fine, but the results are not imported into the database.

I recived and email from support, that they are aware of the problem, but curently have no eta on when it will be fixed.
