I try to import stats from HM2 to HM3 that I bought from custompokerstats.com but it doesnt work. Is it meant to work or do I have to wait for customstats to buy for HM3. All other stats/Hud works to import but not my custom stats, they have the text "missing stats" or a inaccurate stat name when I draw the pointer over it.
HM3's HUD Editor is not capable of custom stats or importing PT4 HUD Profiles.
I have no idea what that site is or what type of stats you are referring to as HM2 had no custom stats feature either. Are they notecaddy stats? You will have to ask whoever made those stats if they will work in HM3's version of NoteCaddy.
I checked that url and it appears they are notecaddy stats for HM2:
All stats require Holdem Manager 2 and NoteCaddy Holdem or NoteCaddy Omaha
You can try importing them to NoteCaddy in HM3 to see if they work or not. If they do not work you will need to contact that site to see if they are planning to port their stats from HM2 NC to HM3 NC.
