Hi Im new using HM3 so I canīt get it the all point of it.. so, could you please help me with an issue that I have?
The problem is, I can see all my HH but when I want to check the graphics some MTTīs doesnīt show up, I donīt have any filter on.. What could I do ?
The pic n°2 is one of the mttīs doesnīt appear on the graphics

I have no idea what I am looking at in those images or what the problem is. You need to explain the problem in more detail by tournament number, site, and tournament type, and most importantly send us the actual hand history files and tournament summaries in a support ticket so we can try and reproduce the problem to document the issue for the developers. We can't write up an import or tournament detection related issue without the actual hand history (and tournament summary) files for duplicating the current bug or testing the future fix.
Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
