    1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using i.e 1.06.04 Beta 12 (not the latest Version)?

    Latest version 1.08.04

    If you dont have the latest version then go to the releases forum http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/f...splay.php?f=11 download the newest version and test if the problem still exists

    2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site? Just FTP

    2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button? Yes

    3) We Have detailed FAQ's that explain how to set it up for each site, its often 1 setting or 1 box not been ticked that causes the problem so follow these FAQs exactly and aknowledge that it is setup as per the FAQ: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...spx?topicid=36

    4) Check to see if the Hand Histories are showing up in the correct folder. Go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders and check the location of the folder HM checks for the Hand Histories. Then while playing go to that folder on your PC and see if new Hand Histories that correspond to the tables your playing are showing up. This is not relevant where the site uses a database like on Ongame or Prima.

    4a) If the Hand Historys are not showing up in the folder then go back to the FAQ, they should show how to check the settings in the lobby to configure the poker site to save the Hand History and make sure its sending the Hand Histories to the correct location. Contact your poker site if your unsure to find out where you can set the location of the hand histories to save to.

    5) So by now you should have confirmed in answering each question that you have setup the folders correctly and the hands are appearing in the correct folder. Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

    All I know is that when I hit auto import it keeps giving me errors

    http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=129 If you play a couple of hands and then go to the Reports TAB in Holdem Manager, then go to Filter > Clear and for the date filter choose today. Do the hands import successfully that you just played? NO

    5a) If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders but there not importing into the database please create a new database and try importing some hands http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146 to test if its a corrupt database?

    Teamviewer session IMO.

    pops up doesnt show any tables.

    7) If you open the HH are they written in English, they should be btw? YES

    9) Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. If youve extensions off youll just see a file called holdemmanager. To attach it to a thread look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and youll see a manage attachments button, just click this and attach the file.

    Please...I've explained before I'm not very technical with all this stuff...my friend set up holdem manager for me before I had no idea what he did...it just worked...but I had to upgrade to this version and now the HUD doesn't work.

    Everything else seems ok.

    Could I please just get a teamviewer session.

    Roy, I am not able to change my e-mail address in my profile, which could be a problem since I am about due to renew HEM and I want to add the OMAHA add on.

    BTW, I want to do the OMAHA add on immediately, but I am not sure when my HEM subscription for this year ends. Could you tell me when it runs out? (I think it doesn't for a few months yet.) And do I have a one year license for HEM or should I just renew/upgrade to the new version of HEM + OMAHA because there is no point in waiting.

    Roy,

    In your experience what anti-virus programmes co-operate best with HEM?

    After getting sick of my recurring connection / freezing / .Net this-that-&-the-other problems I resigned myself to getting a new dedicated poker PC.

    As a last ditch effort I tried playing a session with the A/V uninstalled. To my surprise / pleasant relief HEM has started-up problem free and has not frozen-up during the session. This is almost unheard of for me over the last year or so and I'm chuffed.

    My current / old A/V is Eset NOD32.

    Roy, wasn't able to send this via email as it was get undelivered because of spam filters:

    Roy, thanks for the update. Looks like 1.06.01p is about twice as fast as 1.06.01o which is still way slower than some previous versions. Its taking me 90 minutes to import 150k hands, and the previous version took 3 hours. Older versions only took about 15-20 minutes to do the same job. Current import speed is about 30 hands per second. Actually HEM has frozen after about 1 hour of importing, and wont stop importing if I click the button I have to kill the process.


    I think my party service is better than hhsmithey. Try it out:
