    Default DO not see HM cloud database on second computer


    I just got a new laptop and installed HM2 on it.

    When I go in the Database manager to select the Cloud Database to sync to, there is no database to select from.

    If I go on my PC, the database is there and is syncing fine.

    If I create a new database (on the PC or on the laptop), the other computer does not see it.

    Can anyone help?

    In Settings - login, make sure you are logged into your hm email account with your license.

    If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?
