Hey Patvs.. any chance we can schedule a teamviewer session? I have used HEM for over a year successfully, and just bought a newer desktop to run poker off of. I have downloaded the 1.12.09 update- HEM is loading successfully on Ongame, and Party Poker, but not 888 and PokerStars.. I am well versed in how to use HEM, and I've done all the recommended steps, making sure it's in English- saving my hand histories to my desktop. I've also tried table finder and nothing is coming up. It is recognizing the table, just not populating the hands. Please let me know if you can do a teamviewer session ASAP. Thanks
