Do not open Holdem Manager

Hi my name is Matias Im from Argentina so if anybody wants to respond me please use easy English. please try to do not abreviate anything like HM = Holdem Manager.
My problem is simple.
I think postgres installed ok becouse I connect with the server but after I installed the HM I make double click in the icon and never get open ...
It thinks like 5 seconds and do not open ...

I was looking for a thread talking about that I I can not find anything.

Anybody could help me with that ?

Please follow the instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling .net framework here: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=14

And if the problem persists Can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while

I did what you said and nothing happens.
I made double clik on the holdem manager and dont open up.

Mi operating sistems is windows XP and I would like to play in pokerstars.

Can you help me to solve this problem ???

Could it be the postgre ?

I follow the instruccions to install de postgre and I think I did it ok. But not sure becouse this is my first time with HM so I don know what happend.

What I have to do after install postgre ? should link postgre with HM or something like that ? Remember I cannot open HM.

I think to night could be ...
I was at home 7 pm argentina hour ... Im in GTM -3
I watch very carefully the FAQ and did what FAQ says.

To install postgre and HM ? There are not too much of HM Instalation. I look up for my truble shooting and I didnt find anythin so this is the reason Im posting that.
