HEM 108 still non-responsive and freezes at times:

this was the problem with 107 also.

HEM freezes and uses a lot of memory on CPU.
I'm getting "unhanded exception errors" and need to close HEM
using windows task manager because HEM freezes.

Another thing when this occurs I cannot access the poker game I'm
playing. this is especially annoying when you are dealt pocket queens
and get timed out. I can provide hand history if you need it.

So will this always happen, the freezing occasionally where I'm locked
out of a game and loose out on critical points because of it.

HEM 108 is not very stable but will predictably freeze at the wrong times
locking up my entire computer.

What can be done to avoid this?

Can you post the details of the unhandled exception errors next time they occur, just copy and paste the details

I am unhappy to announce my computer froze again and i received this message:

HUD has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I had 3 choices: Debug which provided no information
Do or Do not sent data to Microsoft.

When I machine froze I was dealt Ace...? not sure.
never saw second card. damn.

I was unable to copy this message like you asked, and it is
not the usual message with the unhanded error message.

In both cases my computer freezes because of HEM and I loose
a hand in the poker game I'm playing.

how can this be corrected?

thanks in advance...Lyn

Please go to Hud Options > Table Preferences and enable logging. Then recreate the crash and then go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs and send Mike the log.txt file with details of whats happening to mlamb1@gmail.com make sure you send the log before restarting HM otherwise it will clear the log
