View Full Version : 1.11.7a - Manual import don't work (Pokerstars)

Since I have made the update from 1.11.6g to 1.11.7 the manual import does not work. Status messages shows me there are "0 files found", but the files are clearly in the folder. Only files made after 13.07.2011 18:00 are not detected. The older files are imported fine. The problematic files were imported by Autoimport in the past.

You can import a file only once to a database.
To import it again you need to rename it or copy it to a different folder.

I am trying to import into new DB. I have even tried to delete the old db before import, but with the same result, only files created before 14.07.2011 are imported.

Move them to a different folder. Then run another import from folder on them.

Do they then import as errors, duplicate hands?

All is imported correctly that way. Thanks :)

Edit: My mistake, they didn't. All the hand are duplicate hands, but i don't see them on the graph or in the data view.

Please clear your filters (Filters->clear) one time although it seems like no filters are defined.
Please remove the 3 winner card columns from the hands view (under options -> settings -> hands view columns)

Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.
If that doesn't help you should create a new database and reimport all your hands (+notes +summaries).

Hi guys,
I still have no success with showing those tournament in the data view. I tried those steps, but the result is the same. Importing all into new db does not fix the problem too, which is very strange.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files and summaries (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Did you import the summaries for these tournies?
Read the tournament summary section @ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/PokerStarsSetup

In tourney--> results--> dataview--> check if they show up as incomplete
