For some time now I have been thinking that a lot of hands don`t get imported to Holdèm Manager. The last couple of days I know that there are missing some hands. When I was looking in my logfolder I found a lot of errorfiles. Can I in any way get them in to my database?
(I am playing at Ongame and I use Hangrabber to collect hands, if that matters.)

Ongame doesn't require any handgrabber.

Read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/13/Ongame_Bwin_BetfairSetup
and let Ongame save its handhistories.

Okay, thanks.... Is there anything to do with all the other error files in my log folder, becurse the "C:\Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientettings\handhistory" folder only contained the last three days of play in witch I was playing.

Old files should be in: C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\P5\handhistor y

New files in: C:\User\%USERPROFILE%\P5JavaClientSettings\

Can you attach a handhistory from your handgrabber that results in an import error?
You can find those hands in the HoldemManager/Importing/Logs folder.

Which program did you use as the handgrabber? By idleminer?
Can you also email them these hands import as errors.

Yes, by Idleminer. I have sent them a mail to. Could you see anything strange in the hands I attatched?

The hand imported as error... but looked identical like a normal Ongame hand.
I couldn't spot something obviously wrong/different in the formatting.
