Scanner scans, no results are displayed.

So the scanner is scanning regularly, but since the initial scan it no longer displays the tables it just scanned. All the fields are blank, zero tables.

Using PokerStars, testing it on micro stakes atm. Won't display any others either.

Please help I really wanna test it out!

Or does it work the first time, and you need to restart HoldemManager to get it working again?

What pokerroom do you try to scan?
Struct? Stake?

Server-side scanning enabled? (See "Settings")

Opearting system is?

English poker client?

Client-Side scanning (I read it needs to be enabled for these stakes)

If I have it set to scan say every 10mins, the lobby pops up at scan time, it scans the tables, you can see it populating the list in the boxes on the HEM screen, then when the scan is over all the tables POOF. So my interpretation is that it is scanning just not keeping the tables up. But that is the behavior I'm getting.

I'm having a similar problem. It scans FT but not Stars, going for same 5/10,6-max, NL.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you have some Filter set that none of the scanned tables meet.
Disable all filters...

1) Clear Type fonts in windows disabled?

2) 0.05/0.10 NL tables visible in the Stars lobby?

3) Stars textsize set to "medium"?

Figured it out. Needed to do this
For Stars "below NL50" you need to use the client-side-scanning.
See "Settings -> client side".


Regarding iPoker:
Do you use the english iPoker client?
