Hello,
The 6-max DON in ongame room (sajoo.fr) are considered as unfinished when ITM, and so roi is 0%.

Is there a way to fix that?

Does the last hand in the handhistory file state the game is over and who won?
And how much you won?


If it doesn't... manually edit the info in tourney--> results--> dataview

Can you reinstall Sajoo in English.

HoldemManager currently can't detect it's a Double or Nothing.
It can't read: "Quitte ou Double"

This is the english version of sajoo. But as this is on .fr network, the tournaments keeps their name in french. There is no way to have it translate.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
