Turn off pop ups?

I like a basic hud and could do without mouseover leading to table clutter.

under HUD options> table pref you can check" click for pop up" and the popups will not show up when you moseover them only when clicked. That way if you are in a spot where you may want some extra info it is still there just not in the way.
