Most likely i would expect this to be recorded as a limp re-raise rather than a standard 3bet, if you check hes stats youll probably see that recorded and if not let me know

His limp reraise shows 0 also, but It looks like the hands that I had "marked" are not showing up anymore since i reimported to a new database.

I just imported the hands it shows hes limp re-raise as 100% for that hand, are you sure you didnt load the wrong player or something.

Ill ask Roy about the marked hands issue and hell respond here asap

No was the right player, but I also can't find that hand anymore so maybe thats way I don't show the stat. It was one of the marked hands.
