It makes me mad! I have tried for a month now. I have read all the threads and forums I can find.
I can not get HM to import Ongame hand history since their update
I added the "new" folder P5JavaClientSettings + subfolders. But the only folder that is there is a "DPC" which is empty.
The old folder (P5 + subfolders) is obviously still there, but I can not find a single new hand.

I have Windovs7 on Mac virtual with VM Ware fussion
I installed version 1.11.07a
What am I doing wrong?

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden System Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

Next, go back to the C:\Users\%your user%\P5JavaClientSettings\ folder
play a hand to see if Ongame is creating/saving the handhistories in that folder.

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.
